Rail Trail , 24 miles long. goes from Brewster through Orleans & Eastham to Wellfleet. It's flat and open and the paved surface is smooth. You can access it just five hundred feet up the road. Eastham was settled in 1644 by Pilgrims unhappy with the bad quality of the lands granted to them in Plymouth. Eastham is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore and the second oldest town on Cape Cod. |
